  • You First Then Fund Your Passion

    Often times, when people are approached to give financially, their mind goes to a place where they ask themselves do I have enough? Am I OK? These are simple questions to measure. As wealth is in the eyes of the beholder, it does not matter how much one has. It is all relative. Most people do not possess an internal gauge to assess these questions and then have an affirmative, or not, level of confidence. The emotional side of us goes into protective mode and if one is unsure, they feel that they may not have enough.

  • Legacy - First Steps

    In my previous blog, I asked myself what does legacy mean? For me, it was finding anchors based on love for others, special places, and somehow, my place in it. To be specific, it was the love for my girls that pushed me along my first steps. I guess the next step is to figure out how to express, in some way tangible, that which you hold dear. In layman’s terms, do something.

  • What does Legacy Mean?

    As I began to think about this blog post, I became a bit excited. I wanted to start with the notion of Legacy because I have had these thoughts going through my mind for quite some time. Just before I started, I Googled “Legacy” & “Legacy Planning”, and it all had to do with what and how someone leaves something to another when they are dead. I am not going to let this dampen or dismay me. My notion includes more than that.
